2025 Citizen of the Year - Nomination Form

The Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce invites you to submit a nomination for the 2025 Business, Nonprofit, Citizen, Community Arts Champion, and David K. Bamford Educator of the Year awards program. This is an opportunity for member businesses to celebrate excellence in their companies and an opportunity to recognize those who have made a lasting impact in the Greater Dover community. All awards will be presented at the Annual Awards Dinner on Thursday, March 13, 2025.

The Citizen of the Year award is presented to an individual who has made major contributions to the progress and betterment of the Dover community and beyond. This individual, in the judgment of the selection committee, must typify the true spirit of service and self-service and sacrifice in representing the finest ideals in the city of Dover. The individual must be living or working in the Greater Dover community.

Individuals who have won in the past 10 years are not eligible to win. Current Officers and Directors of the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce are not eligible to receive this award.
