Dover's Annual Fourth of July Celebration

Description

The City of Dover's annual Independence Day celebration will be on Tuesday, July 4th. The rain date is Wednesday, July 5th. The 39th Army Band will begin playing live music around 7pm, with fireworks beginning around 9:15pm. Vendors will be present near Henry Law park. 

Fireworks will be shot off in the Maglaras baseball fields. These fields will be closed to the public during this time.

Good places to see the fireworks are any place with higher elevation overlooking Maglaras baseball fields. For example:
- Parts of Henry Law
- Main St.
- Washington St.
- River St. waterfront
- Cochecho St. across the river
- Chesnut St.
- Train station
