The annual reading of the Declaration of Independence will take place at 9am on July 4th on the front steps of Dover City Hall.
Dover Mayor Karen Weston will host founding fathers Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams for the event that marks the 241st anniversary of the birth of the United States of America.
This is the 18th year that the Declaration has been read in Dover on the 4th of July.
