What You’ll Do:
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will manage and service a portfolio of personal insurance clients. Your role will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring client retention, and identifying opportunities to expand our book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently.
- Assist with claims reporting and follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Account Management:
- Conduct annual policy reviews to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for additional coverages.
- Maintain accurate account documentation in the agency management system.
- Sales Support:
- Assist with quoting and placing new personal lines insurance business.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
- Review policies for accuracy before client delivery.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure adherence to state insurance regulations and company policies.
- Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in personal lines insurance account management.
- Current property and casualty (P&C) license required.
- Familiarity with insurance agency management systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $60,000–$75,000, based on experience.
- Bonus opportunities

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3+ years of experience in a customer service or office environment.
- Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- Proficient with email, Word, Excel, and comfortable navigating databases.
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts in a way that customers can understand.
- Experience building client relationships and providing personalized solutions.
