    Position Summary: WIN Home Inspection is seeking a Full-Time Home Inspector who aspires to grow into a leadership role within our company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly motivated, and passionate about helping others by providing top-notch property evaluations and education. As a Home Inspector, you will: Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties, including evaluating structural integrity, safety hazards, and overall condition. Perform ancillary services such as Radon testing, Sewer Scope evaluations, Lead testing, Water testing, and drone inspections. Prepare and deliver professional, clear, and accurate inspection reports. Communicate effectively with clients, explaining findings in an educational and approachable manner. Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Leadership Potential: Strong desire to grow into a lead inspector role and mentor others.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to educate clients and build trust.
    • Technical Proficiency: While technical skills can be developed through training, a foundational understanding of construction, property systems, and safety standards is essential. Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry advancements.

    Other Requirements: Clean driving record. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check. U.S. Citizenship. Physical ability to navigate various property environments, including roofs, crawl spaces, and basements.
