    Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator (Remote with Occasional On-Site Requirements)

    Job Type: Full-Time, Remote (with occasional on-site shifts for training and real estate events)

    Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and tech-savvy Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. While this is a remote position, the role requires some on-site work for training and participation in local real estate events. The ideal candidate will regularly interact with real estate professionals and affiliates, requiring excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the real estate industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Scheduling & Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails related to scheduling home inspection orders. Communicate regularly with real estate professionals, clients, and affiliates to coordinate inspections and address inquiries. Maintain strong working relationships with real estate agents and affiliates.
    • Research & Data Management: Conduct regular online research on properties, agents, and real estate trends. Assist the Growth department with building connections and relationships with Realtors and real estate firms.
    • Operations & Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory of supplies and order replacements as needed. Organize and monitor maintenance for inspection equipment to ensure readiness and functionality. Help plan, organize, and execute community events and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the team.
    • Social Media & Marketing Support: Assist with social media activity and content creation, promoting the company’s services and events. Help assemble client information binders and other promotional materials for events and clients.
    • Licensing & Certifications: Coordinate and track inspector licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements, ensuring all are up-to-date and in compliance.

    Qualifications:
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships.
    • Knowledge of the real estate industry and experience interacting with real estate professionals.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a remote environment.
    • Tech-savvy with experience in managing schedules, conducting online research, and using office software.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience with social media content creation is a plus.

    Work Environment & Requirements: This is a remote position, but the candidate must be available for occasional in-office training and to attend local real estate events. Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules based on event timings or client needs.
